In the subject field put "Request to subscribe"
In the body of your email include:
- your name (first name and surname)
- the city and country that you live in
The list owner needs to approve all requests to subscribe. New requests are checked and approved on a regular basis.
Self-Service Features of ABBAVillage
Now that ABBAVillage is being hosted by Yahoo Groups, there are a lot of features of your membership that you can manage yourself.
Emails from ABBAVillage can be delivered to you individually as soon as they hit the list or once every 24 hours as a 'daily digest'. You can control this feature yourself after you join the list.
If you're joined to ABBAVillage with a Yahoo email account you can even read the list posts on the web rather than having them delivered to you.
